1. Non-Refundable Services

All consulting fees are non-refundable once:

• Strategic preparation has begun

• Advisory sessions have been delivered

• Documentation or analysis has been provided

This is due to the intellectual and time-based nature of services.

 

2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

If cancellation occurs prior to work commencement:

Refunds, if any, are discretionary and may deduct:

• Administrative costs

• Banking or transaction charges

• Time reserved

 

3. No Performance Guarantee

Refunds shall not be granted based on:

• Business outcomes

• Revenue performance

• Investment results

• Market conditions

 

4. Chargeback Protection

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first attempting good-faith resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action.

 

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
